Returns Policy

Our returns policy for faulty items is a 30 days. If an item is faulty and returned within 30 days we will replace or refund. If the item is being returned because you have changed your mind then you have 14 days from point of purchase to return the item and we will only issue a credit note valid for 6 months. Items sold as faulty or for spares and repair are not covered by any warranty and cannot be returned. We will not accept returns of electrical goods that are deemed faulty but have not been fitted by a qualified auto electrician.
